Welcome to BedingfieldCousins.com ,a website dedicated to the descendants of Lurana Elizabeth Martin "Lue" and John Arlando "J.A." Bedingfield. J.A. and Lue had five children, Ruffus, John, Maude, Frank, and Paul.

Ruffus' untimely death as a young man left four children. It is the families of these four to which we devote this site.

This site is dedicated to the loving memory of the first generation, J. A.'s and Lue's children and in honor of the second generation, or first cousins. They always held firm in the idea that extended family should always be bonded and remain as such with close ties.

It is through the extended attitudes and beliefs of "Grandpa" and "Grandma" Bedingfield, that after God, family comes next... and that legacy is why the four families have remained close for so many years... for one century. It is our hope that these four families will continue in this tradition of "sense of family." We hope that through endeavors such as our annual Bedingfield Family Reunion and this website, we will remain close. We look forward to receiving your comments and will strive to continue the effort to maintain the closely knit family ties the way "Grandpa" and "Grandma" Bedingfield wanted.

For the convenience of our family members, you are now able to pay online for your reunion fees. In addition, you are also able to reserve and pay for your lodging if you wish to stay in the Headquarters building. Click on 'Reunion Fees/Rates' at the top of the left column for information and reservations. However, if you wish to reserve a room in one of the barns/bunkhouses, in a cabin, or a space in the RV park, please call Trecia at 806-789-1522.

There are a lot of photos on the website with very few details if any. If you have any details on any photo you see, please email them to us. Also, if you would like to have a photo or photos added to the website, please email those to us as well. We will be happy to add as many photos as you will send. If you want to view photos, click on their photo album to the left. That will take you to a new page with a list of the photos or a group of more albums. There are naturally more photos for the families of Paul and Layton since that is the family in which I was raised. There are also many of Frank and Laura's family. I have very few photos of the families of John and Ethel, and Maude and Claude. If you have any we will gladly add them.
